to the Lea Valley Shotokan Karate web site. We are a group of traditional Shotokan karate clubs in North London and Hertfordshire. Our dojos are located in Enfield, Hoddesdon and Hertford. We are affiliated to the Shotokan Karate Association.

Beginners are always welcome at any of our clubs. No special equipment is needed, just come along and either watch or get involved straight away, whichever you prefer.
